Feature Artist Tom Ommen

Tom and his wife, Judy, moved to Sun City six years ago from Philadelphia. For 25 years he had taught religious studies at Marquette and then at Villanova Universities. A daughter, Kirsten, lives in Houston with her husband and two children and a son, Todd, is in New York with his wife, Elizabeth. Tom has been taking photographs since high school, starting with an Argus C3 and moving through a variety of film cameras, including an Exacta and a series of Pentax SLR’s. Since December of 2005 he has used a Pentax digital SLR. Favorite subjects include travel photography, architecture, nature and family pictures.
