I consider myself a nature photographer with a special interest in birds. I have been a member of the Ft. Myers, FL Camera club for 10 years. I was newsletter editor and webmaster for that club and several other clubs. I am lucky to have many friends in the Ft. Myers and Naples Camera Clubs who are great photographers. Any merits my images have are a reflection of their influence and Joyce’s help. Joyce and I moved to Sun City in April 2008 after spending several years taking photos around the USA while living full time in our motorhome.
I believe that you should live like you will die tomorrow and learn like you will live forever.

Many of the images on this site are from my collection of bird photographs from Southwest Florida. Also, I am building a gallery of images from my many trips to Yellowstone National Park. I used be to part of a team that led Elderhostel courses in Yellowstone. Recently we spend a month in Alaska. Currently, I am sorting and optimizing a few of the thousands of images I made there.
