Photography Club
Sun City Texas
The Sun City Texas Photography Club provides education and training in many different forms. You will find opportunities to improve your photographic knowledge by attending our monthly meetings, reading our InFocus email magazine, participating in SIG meetings, or by attending one of the periodic workshops. You may also practice your newly-gained knowledge by going on one of our monthly field trips. When you take a picture that you like, our club has many opportunities to exhibit. The library in the studio offers many books and DVDs that may be of particular interest to you!
All club activities are posted on the club’s calendar. Go to the club’s main page, then click on the Club Calendar at the top of the left column. When the calendar appears, go to an event’s date and click on the text of the event. A fly-out box appears with additional information.

The January workshop will be "Introduction to Lightroom" by Ron Addison. Jan. 18th, 1-2:30 p.m.

The on-going series, The Doctor Is In workshops are conducted by your senior photography club members. They are an informal opportunity for you to get one-on-one assistance with any photographic subject. Bring your questions about photo-editing, your camera's settings, or anything else and the doctor will try to help. Bring your images (print or on flash drive or CD) for ideas on how that image may be improved. The Dr.IsIn is usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month but consult the club calendar for times and dates.
For other workshops and classes, consult the club’s calendar.
