    The President: Ron Addison provides leadership and direction to the Club, its membership and the Board. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Club and the Board. The President shall be the Club’s representative to the Association. The President shall appoint all non-elected Chairpersons of committees. The President shall be the Club’s liaison with the various other clubs and organizations both in and outside Sun City Texas. The President shall act as the Club spokesperson. The President will designate who will preside in her/his absence. president@sctxphotographyclub.org

    The Treasurer: Chuck Fletcher performs the duties delineated in By-Laws, Article V – Financial.  The Treasurer will seek information and guidance when necessary from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget.  Term is for 2010.  treasurer@sctxphotographyclub.org  

     The Secretary: Deborah Coulter prepares the Minutes, writes Club correspondence, and maintains the club's current correspondence files and all archives records except for financial records.  Term is for 2010 and 2011. secretary@sctxphotographyclub.org

    The Immediate Past President: Jim Bilbro, experience and knowledge are intended to greatly help in the transition of new officers, the continuity of the Club, and external affairs. past-president@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Vice President – Exhibitions and Social: Rich Hallen is responsible for all Club exhibitions both in and outside of Sun City.  This VP will also be responsible for any Social Activities of the Club.  Term is for 2010 and 2011. exhibitions@sctxphotographyclub.org

    The Vice President – Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Discussion Groups: Tommy Judson is responsible for establishing and coordinating the activities of various SIGs and Discussion Groups as desired by the members and approved by the Board.  Term is for 2010 and 2011. sig@sctxphotographyclub.org 

    The Vice President – Field Trips: Tom Ommen is responsible for defining and coordinating various Club Field Trips intended to supplement the members’ education and artistic interest.  Term is for 2010. fieldtrips@sctxphotographyclub.org

     The Vice President – Workshops and Education: Rich Lovaas is in charge of all Club Workshops and Education programs.  Term is for 2010 & 2011. workshops@sctxphotographyclub.org

    The Vice President – Meetings & Programs: Ruth Jackson is responsible for Monthly Meeting activities for the Club. Term is for 2010. meetings@sctxphotographyclub.org

    The Vice President – Administration: Bill Baechel coordinates the activities of the Treasurer, Secretary, Newsletter Editor, Web Master, Membership Records, Studio Monitor Director, and Welcome Committee.  Term is for 2010. admin@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Parliamentarian: Wes Odell is appointed by the President.  The Parliamentarian’s primary function is as the advisor on Roberts Rules of Order (Revised).  The Parliamentarian will maintain a position of impartiality during all meetings. 

The Parliamentarian also monitors Governance-related issues as they apply to the Club, its Officers and the Board.   The Parliamentarian will not be a member of the Board, will not have a vote on the Board, but will be able to speak in an advisory mode at Board and other meetings on issues where adherence to the rules of Governance apply. parliamentarian@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Welcome Committee Chair: Sherry McRae, Shall be responsible to the Vice President – Administration for programming that helps visitors and new members become knowledgeable and active members. welcome@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Studio Director: Charlie Welsh, Shall be responsible to the Vice President – Administration for all Studio activities.  The only person that can approve scheduling and usage of the Studio.  The Librarian and the Studio Monitor Coordinator work under the direction of the Studio Director. studio@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Webmaster: Chuck Dashiell, Shall be responsible to the Vice President – Administration for all Website activities.  All input comes from the contributors, not the Webmaster.  Maintains and updates all current web pages according to the established club  procedures. web@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Newsletter Editor: Joyce Wans,  Shall be responsible to the Vice President – Administration for all club newsletter activities as outlined in the Newsletters Procedures.  Will provide club articles for the Sun Rays magazine. newsletter@sctxphotographyclub.org

The Librarian: Jim Amaral, shall be responsible to the Vice President - Workshops and Education for all Library activities.  The Librarian oversees the continued operation of the Club's Library.
